It's been exactly two years since my last post, and I figured today would be just as good as any other for a "what the fondue" update. One of the cool things about my birthday is that the timing coincides with the new year -- garnering a double dose of introspection.

2012 has been a year filled with tremendous challenges and accomplishments, highs and lows - primarily on the professional and home front. I'm very much hoping that 2013 is one where the focus shifts on my health and personal development -- starting with a trip across the pond to nourish the soul.
