I received this forward from Chett this morning and thought it was sweet (and so timely)...

There comes a point in your life when you realize
who matters,
who never did,
who won't anymore...
and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past,
there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

This was taken last Saturday in Central Park after having a lovely brunch with V and Chett at Arte Cafe on 73rd and Columbus.

(Incidentally, I highly recommend brunch there - especially with the $12 unlimited drinks special -- love the strawberry sangrias and peach bellinis!)

Keep your fingers crossed for bright and sunny weekend... One more week to go till summer's over (sniff).
