dream birthday @ ava lounge

Despite the drama back home, I had the pleasure of spending my 35th birthday with a gorgeous group of friends in an intimate rooftop setting atop the Dream Hotel ~ faux fireplace and city skyline views included. Thanks to Liz and Ric over at Ava Lounge for yet another successful party. Thanks to my aunt Vallie for acting as personal stylist (ha ha).

A very special hat tip to roommate and professional lifesaver, Siobhan, and my oldest NYC friend and top chef, Matthew, for making sure that guests were hooked up with savory appetizers and sweets. I'm a very lucky woman to have friends like these.
