feeling a wee bit homesick...

Today, I had the opportunity to chat with a couple of high school friends, Aaron who's living in Austin and Matteo who's still in whooping it up in the San Fernando Valley... I kinda sorta miss Cali (well, my friends and family), although the holidays really are best celebrated out here on the East Coast. There's no competition there -- 70/80-degree sun and shorts on Dec. 25 vs. walking around Rockefeller Center and shopping at Saks, FAO and H&M! What seems more like X'mas?
